Jane Jones

Senior Lean and Continuous Improvement professional with over twenty years of team building, project management and analytical experience. High energy, self-motivated and results oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills and enjoy working at all levels of an organization. Regularly placed into role of corporate change agent including CI leader, Quality Champion, ERP Implementation and Merger Project Manager.

Jones' most recent position has been to lead lean transformation efforts across Moog’s Space and Defense Group operations through management and associate coaching and active site project support. This role has allowed her to learn more about the application of lean tools and philosophy through engagement with several world-class consulting organizations including LEI, the Murli Group and Harris Lean Systems, Inc. Her former coach worked for Textron, Inc. who recognized her as a true lean success story.

Jones has worked for five companies as an Industrial Engineer/CI leader and have worked in both the manufacturing and service sectors. Her manufacturing experience has been primarily in Aerospace. I enjoy process analysis work, teaching CI skills and tools and watching teams blossom as they see the benefit of their CI efforts.

Jones received her bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research in 1985 and a master's in Engineering Administration in 1992.
