Graduate resources
As a graduate student at Virginia Tech, you have many resources at your disposal. You can find new information and opportunities every week in the Graduate Life Center (GLC) weekly announcements and Graduate School and GLC events on the community calendar.
The graduate catalog contains an up-to-date list of policies and procedures related to graduate education at Virginia Tech.
Force-add procedures
Force-add requests to ISE courses should be submitted online via our Google Form.
Please note the following when filling out the form:
- You can only submit a request to force-add an ISE course you are unable to add via Hokie Spa. Force-add requests for professor or time preference will not be processed.
- Ensure there are no holds on your account. We cannot lift holds to add a course to your schedule.
- Ensure there are no time conflicts with your requested course or CRN.
- The ISE department cannot force-add non-ISE courses. Please contact the department of the course you wish to force-add.
- Every effort will be made to process your request in a timely manner. Please be patient.
