Download instructions at UDC
1. Go to UDC (University DataCommon) website.
2. Click Faculty Activity box. About Faculty Activity Data Portal (FADP) page will appear.
3. Click Faculty Activity Reports on the menu and select Individual. Individual Activity page will appear.
4. On the Individual Activity page, select the following:
- College: College of Engineering
- Report: 2022 Annual Faculty Report - Limited Elements or 2022 Annual Faculty Report - Full Elements
menu selections and "Download this report's template" line
5. Click Download this report's template line (circled in yellow above). The eFAR instructions ("template") will be downloaded.
