Add Institution on Professional activities

The Institution field indicates the information could be manually typed into, but it is not.

1. Type in the relevant information about the instituion (e.g., Name, Organization, Department; highlighted in yellow below).

2. Click Add button (circled in yellow). The Institution filed above will be populated.
