Dr. Blake Johnson’s additive biomanufacturing and biosensing research was featured on the front cover of the journal “Advanced Optical Materials” (left) and back cover of “Lab on a Chip” (right), respectively.

(November 30, 2017) Assistant professor Dr. Blake Johnson’s research on additive biomanufacturing and biosensing was recently featured as the covers of two leading peer-reviewed scientific journals in the fields of 3D printing and miniaturized biomedical devices. The research contributions were related to spatial programming of material properties in 3D printed parts and monitoring of health signatures from organs under transplantation settings.  Links to the journal articles follow below:
