Mr. Martin E. Muscatello
President and CEO, CCS-Inc.
Marty Muscatello joined CCS-Inc. in 2003, serving as President until May 2005, when he was named President and Chief Executive Officer. Since joining CCS, Mr. Muscatello has led the company to significant growth, tripling company revenues and the employee base. During his tenure at CCS, the company has been named to CRN’s List of the Top 50 System Builders three straight years, included on the 2013 Inc. 500|5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, graduated from the Virginia Economic Development VALET Program, and named one of the Best Places to Work by the Blue Ridge Business Journal.
Mr. Muscatello is not only dedicated to growing CCS, but to business growth in Southwest Virginia and throughout the State. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council (RBTC). Mr. Muscatello also has served on the Service Exports Committee for the Virginia International Trade Alliance (VITAL). VITAL brings together private and public companies to ensure that Virginia is competitive in the global marketplace and takes advantage of international business opportunities. Mr. Muscatello has also been very active in forming the Roanoke-Blacksburg Innovation Network (RBIN) to promote the Roanoke-Blacksburg region for future growth.
Mr. Muscatello brings with him 25 years of management experience in manufacturing. Prior to joining CCS, Mr. Muscatello was General Manager of Rohm and Haas' Optoelectronics division holding full P&L responsibility. Working with divisions in Philadelphia, Boston, and New York, he established the foundational business for the Optoelectronics division in Virginia.
