Rodney Fultz is the Director of the Center for Innovation at Carilion Clinic, a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Roanoke, Virginia. He manages a portfolio of process improvement, industrial engineering, and project management activities. He has also held positions at Carilion Clinic in nursing administration and materials management. Prior to joining Carilion Clinic, he held several operations management positions with Pepsi Bottling Group.
Rodney has an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and is a credentialed Project Management Professional®. He is also an adjunct faculty member in the Healthcare Administration program at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia. Rodney lives in Christiansburg with his wife and daughter.
