Mr. Redfearn has been a User Experience professional since 2009. His research centers on human-computer interaction (HCI), usability, and User Experience Engineering (UxE). He has performed both short and long-term (3+ years) expert evaluation and ethnographic studies with companies of all sizes in healthcare, workplace safety, and education. Mr. Redfearn also consults on projects in Defense, Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), and related fields. Mr. Redfearn's most recent projects include working with the Army's Rapid Equipping Force (REF), the Office of the United States Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA (ALT)), and the United States Department of Defense (DoD).
